Many people have described their session as comfortable and life changing.  After a short explanation of the process, the therapist leaves, so the client can insert their own single use, disposable rectal tube. During the session, the client will be draped to ensure modesty. The client's dignity is always maintained. 

Once the session begins, a steady flow of warm water enters the colon, gently stimulating the colon's natural parastaltic action to release softened waste. This process is repeated several times throughout the session. If one chooses, during the session, the therapist is available to assist in eliminating waste by providing visceral manipulation to the abdomen or reflexology of the feet.
